Agent Referrals

Earn Referral Fees

We pay some of the highest referral fees around:

$500 when the referred property is leased

OR 

5 Months Mgmt Fees if the referred property is leased.

Agent Protection

We want to work with you for many years to come.   We make a promise that when the time comes for that client to sell their property we will send them back to the referring agent.  Most importantly, we will sign anything to that effect.   

Earn Leasing Fees

Some agents like to market rentals, others let us handle it and collect the referral fee.   We're happy to work with you in whatever way you choose.   If you want to be the listing agent we can help you earn 100% commission.  

You do the marketing, APM performs the screening, approval, lease prep, security deposit collection, & move-in inspection.  

You get to serve your client and add a trusted property management firm to your value proposition.
