30 Day Marketing Guarantee

The last thing you want to do is have your home sit on the market for 60, 90, or even 120 days.  We guarantee that we can find a quality tenant for your home in 30 days or the first THREE months management fees are FREE!

Our Conditions for the 30 days Rental Guarantee:

• APM must have final say on the Rental price
• The home must be vacant
• Must allow approved pets (Max of 2)
• The home must be otherwise ready for tenant

Leasing Guarantee

We guarantee that you will NEVER pay 2 leasing fees in the same 12 month period. The only exception would be a federal military relocation. We guarantee your tenant will stay 12 months or we will find a replacement tenant at no additional charge.

Eviction Guarantee

We stand behind our decisions. If we place a tenant and at any time they fail to live up to their promises we will process the eviction at cost. You will only pay for postage, filing fees, and the actual cost of the eviction crew. It's rare, but we'll be there from the demand letter, court appearances, and the final set out.
